"Details, I love madly in the details"

"I am such a spring lover. You finally burst out of the winter chill with bulbs popping up from the earth, warmer days, and sweet scented air. Every winter I plan something creative to photograph in early spring to kick off my season. I spend months curating and connecting with my dream team. And when the day finally comes, it is better than I ever imagined.

My younger sister Caitlyn modeled for me (as she's done since I started photography back in 2016) and we spent the entire day amongst the blossoms and chirping birds at the historic Eolia Mansion, which sits along the Connecticut Coast. You see, there is this quote I adore 'Details, I love madly in the details', and I truly do. Spring is the best for details. Life comes back to the gardens and the trees, flower shops are stocked with fragrant seasonal blooms, and everything blush toned and feminine comes to mind.
